Students' Bill of Rights and Responsibilities and Mistreatment Prevention Policies

This website compiles policies and guidelines governing many aspects of the learning environment that were developed by Virginia Commonwealth University and the VCU School of Medicine and help define student rights and responsibilities. A detailed explanation of most policies and how to proceed if a policy is violated, as well as applicable penalties and other disciplinary action may be found in the VCU Resource Guide. If not contained in the Resource Guide, a specific link is provided for additional information.

Notice: Medical students, faculty and housestaff are required to take the quiz on this material annually, prior to the start of each academic year.

For more information on why this quiz is required, please read this letter
