‘A structure built for wellness’: Pediatrics training program supports work-life balance with tandem schedule

In pursuit of enhancing resident wellbeing, the School of Medicine’s pediatrics residency follows a two-week rotation schedule, allowing trainees to live fuller lives outside of the clinic.
