During July and August 2021, School of Medicine leadership gathered representative stakeholders from seven key areas. These groups met virtually to review goals and strategies and to suggest tactics and metrics that should be incorporated into the school’s new strategic plan.
The Dean’s Senior Leadership Team used this input to further refine the plan’s goals, and an updated draft was circulated throughout the School of Medicine community for review and comment.
The strategic plan was created through a thoughtful, inclusive and shared process.
